This well-organized town house development will have space for guest parking and a community playground. Rent for Middle units $1650 + $169.00 Fee. Rent for end units is $1750 + $169.00 fee One year lease. Utilities are not included. Pets are allowed with the following requirements: Maximum of two pets under 40lbs and over 2 years old. There is a $75 rent addition for EACH pet. However, if pets are in the unit the deposit for the lease will be completely non refundable. Damage incurred during the duration of lease that extends beyond the cost of the deposit will be the tenants responsibility. Pet interview will also be required. Please also note, any animals that are allowed in the apartment will need to follow the HOA bylaws regarding noise and nuisance.
