Welcome home!! This townhome was completed the end of 2022 and is located on the outskirts of Blackfoot, ID. Close to the hospital and town but far enough way to feel safe and secluded. Super peaceful and quiet neighborhood in a newer development! This sweet honeybrook townhome has 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms with 1600 sq feet of space. Living room is a pretty nice size! This unit had an indoor utility room you could store stuff in. Owner provides washer and dryer, so you don't have to worry about bringing them! Newer appliances throughout! Kitchen has a good size pantry, plenty of cabinet space and nice size kitchen island. Out back is your own personal patio ready for some furniture to enjoy the beautiful evenings, and plenty of grass for the kids to play. In the very near future, renting this townhouse will also give you access to amenities. This includes a pool/hot tub, basketball and pickle ball court plus a fitness center! No internet currently but HOA is planning on installing in the near future. If you would like to have access to it, this utility would be $70 per month. I have ran internet off my own personal cell phone hotspot, and a Verizon internet pack with no issues working remotely. Please NO smokers AT ALL even outside it bothers the neighbors and isn't good for the property. NO PETS of any kind, NO drugs, or late night partying. These rules are absolutely non negotiable. We want to keep the townhouse nice and the environment stress free for the HOA and the neighbors. Looking for reliable responsible tenants who are serious about their commitment to rent. Who have stable income at least 2.5 times the rent. Tenants who will put down a deposit, because they are committed and sign the lease on or before moving day. Tenants who will communicate within 24 hours in a non emergency situation and preferably sooner if it's an emergency. I've had a lot of people flake, and not pay deposits when they said they would, or not show up to see the unit when they said they would, or not finish applications when they said they would. I just recently had to evict tenants for non payment of rent. If you don't pay rent on or before the 1st and you don't have a Venmo account to pay, please don't send me a message or apply.
