Every apartment comes with a dishwasher, stove, fridge, built in microwave, laundry room with washer and dryer hookups, private patio/balcony with storage room. Third floor units come with a beautiful gas fireplace as well as vaulted ceilings. We offer a dog park, private park with a playground & a picnic area. A beautiful duck pond and creek surround this peaceful property. Make your summers great with out enjoyable community pool! Alluring clubhouse, a great fitness center, and on-site laundry facilities. Garages available for rent as well! Come home to Brookside Apartments!! $20 Application Fee per Adult. $200 reservation fee optional after approval. Security Deposit $700 or $950 based on credit and rental history. $100 non-refundable admin fee due at move in. Tenant is responsible for all utilities. Tenant will pay a flat fee for WST in addition to rent. Tenants must make 3x the rent amount in combined gross income. We require all residents to be covered under a $100,000 Liability Policy. If you do not wish to provide your own, we can enroll the unit in the liability policy we offer for $10.50 per month. Dog/Cat friendly with a 35 lbs weight limit and at least 2 years old for dogs. An additional deposit of $250 with $100 non-refundable pet fee and $25 pet rent per month per pet is required. Presently we are not accepting housing vouchers. Photos similar.
