Three bedroom home with expansive water views - Three bedroom with fourth bedroom/studio space in Port Townsend with expansive waterfront and views. Enjoy the shipping lane views to the Straits from the back of the house and overlook fields off the front. Large front yard. Waterfront bluff is quite high, about 150-175 feet. No access to beach. On a clear day, you can see mountains across the water and have a beautiful view of Mt. Baker. Sunsets are gorgeous from this property. Propane stove in living room for additional heat source. Vaulted ceilings in living room really open up the space. Carport parking, with a garage set up as shop space. There is a rec/tv room set off the kitchen on the water side of home. A full size dining room is great for entertaining. Partially furnished with large furniture pieces, but there is still room available for your personal items. Owner has set aside 2nd garage space for owners items.
