Comfortable off street parking, large yard with gardening possible. Lake views from the yard, and across the street is a nice cafe. Walking distance to downtown and to path down to lake. Washer and dryer are in the apartment, and there is new hardwood flooring in the bedroom and ceramic in the kitchen. Info needed for all applicants: landlord and employment references, background/credit checks, proof of income of 3x rent.
