KING BED and QUEEN BED included but you can bring your own bed and mattress if the ones provided aren't satisfactory for you. Maximum allowed occupancy is 4 persons. Please beware of the screening process to protect ourselves: we require signed rental application, two recent paystubs, full credit report with details, two photo IDs, signed schedule B. No pets and no smoking indoors please. Nearby amenities: Punjabi Canteen, Shoppers Drug Mart, Jean Coutu, Loblaws and Metro grocery stores, Rideau River biking and walking trails by the water, easy public transportation 10 minutes direct bus ride to the ByWard Market, Rideau Centre, Rideau Canal Skating, Ottawa’s Downtown and the Parliament Hill, Bridgehead coffee shop on Beechwood. Montfort Hospital is less than 5 minutes away, many schools and day care centers in the neighborhood. We are open and flexible to your requests and work with you to make everyone feel comfortable at home and happy.
