A Luxurious, Private, Fully Furnished Basement Apartment (All Inclusive package includes everything with no additional charges) and partial use of our shared massive home (9,234 square feet) on several acres of landscaped property, TV, Utilities, 1 parking spot, laundry, gym, sauna, hot tub, internet, separate entrance, swimming pool, vegetable gardens, etc. Absolutely everything is included in this TOTAL ALL INCLUSIVE PACKAGE (it's the best deal anywhere...like living in a 5-star resort...nothing is better than this...this is a must see and yes this is for real and really is the best)! We are looking for someone with ALL of the following criteria (otherwise please do not apply...) one (1) mature person only (additional charge for 2nd person of $500 per month), grade "A" tenant, must be extremely clean, quiet, mature, respect other's privacy, and no pets. We require first and last month's rent plus security deposit, police background check (we will do at our cost), two pieces of photo ID, rental contract (looking for long term tenant of at least one year), references and interview. We are a family, born and raised in Ontario. We are honest, clean, quiet, respectful, responsible mature, straight-forward, hard working professionals. I have been successfully renting for 32 years and we are happy to continue to do it as long as we like the person we rent to and they are clean, quiet and responsible. Located near Hwy 404 and Aurora Rd (north of Richmond Hill and Markham and a 30-minute drive to Toronto) this is the BEST PLACE TO LIVE and you will not find anything better than this!
