Hi I’m Samantha and I am a live in landlord. I currently have two other roommates. One female and the other male in the basement. There is a medium American Stafford terroir mix and husky mix dog in the house. We are open to other small pets, both do well with cats. Each room is private and in the basement, therefore you’ll have most the downstairs to yourself. Upstairs is a communal area so feel free to use it and be around. kitchen utilities are included (plates, coffee maker, pots, pans and utensils) The bathroom will be shared. Great location and super close to MTech and other stores. We’re also a 7 minute drive to the tracks. If you’ve any questions please contact me in messages or text at .385-484-1940. I also do month to month rent. Important info is I have security cameras on both floors for the main areas, and I do own a fire arm. There is parking. Also a full bed is included with the room.
