You can use it as an office or just to keep yourself organized. Live and work in the area but need a month to month agreement, look no further. Bring all your furniture and start living in your own place like a real home. First month's rent plus $550 deposit to move in and then it is just the monthly plus electric for as long as you like. Only 5 miles to the large HEB grocery store. 2280 FM 2722 is just 2 miles off of SR 46 which leads to the 337 loop where you can get around New Braunfels to the north or to the South. You're in a country style setting halfway between Canyon Lake and New Braunfels in the Hill Country which is halfway between San Antonio and Austin. Side by side fridge, microwave, glass top stove, and lots of cabinets and two lazy Suzans in the kitchen. You need to see it for yourself to realize the beauty of this property. You can have the best of all worlds living in peace, quiet, safety, and nature but also close enough to get to work, restaurants, and shopping.
