Room for rent/housemate wanted Aug 1st + - Leaflet | Map data © OpenStreetMap 4th at 9th ave A room for rent Aug 1st, in an amazing neighborhood on 9th Ave in new west close to up town. It's a pretty relaxed place to live. Great family neighborhood. It's not a party house by any means but we do have a jam spot in the basement and get togethers form time to time. Must be easy going. As far as cost is concerned all costs are shared minus groceries etc. Last winter the most we paid everything included was $540 each. House has a big back yard and a garden if one has a green thumb or any such inclination. It is cat friendly as long as the cat is not long haired. Unfortunately the landlord does not allow dogs but pretty well any other kind of pet is cool with us. Musicians and artists are welcome as it is a very music/arts oriented house and we'd be happy to accommodate both. It is a respectful kind of living situation so, no un announced parties or Jam sessions in the middle of the night haha. Anything of the like is expected to be discussed as a group. Parties do happen from time to time but as I said everyone has to ok it before it happens. If even one person is not cool with it or has to work the following day, it does not happen. \Present 3 house mates range form 35-19 So if you're a reasonable person age is not a factor.
