Seriously, this place is amazing and if it weren’t for our commute we’d be staying. About the apartment: Kitchen has a brand new fridge, a cute breakfast bar, and cupboards so deep you can probably find Narnia. Floors are laminate and SUPER easy to clean. Big windows in the living/dining area mean it’s well lit all day. Concrete walls and ceilings mean your neighbors may as well not exist. Bathroom has big mirrors, lots of storage and a tub/shower combo CENTRAL AIR CONDITIONING Large storage closet Spacious bedroom closet About the building: Beautiful rooftop patio with barbeques open all summer. On-site gym with an elliptical machine, a recumbent stationary bike, two treadmills, a full set of dumbbells and a versatile set of weight machines. Extra storage available with deposit. Card-op laundry facilities with re-load machine on site. There is a parking lot, but it currently has a short wait list. Don’t worry though! The residential streets behind the building work great for parking if you can’t get a spot. Nice yard out front, great for families with kids. About the neighborhood: NEXT DOOR: Food Fare, Rexall Route 11 and 21 bus stop NEARBY: McDonalds Shoppers Drug Mart (24 hrs) Boston Pizza Subway Liquor Mart Assiniboine Park Sargent Sundae Silver Heights Restaurant (Steak House) Route 24 and 22 bus lines Rent is currently $900 per month, and the sublet is only for one month, so you’ll have the option to sign your own lease at the end of July. We absolutely need someone who is ready to sublet for July 1st.
