About 2255 Bromsgrove Rd
Currently looking to have somebody rent out part of my townhouse. I am about a 6 minute walk from the Clarkson Go Terminal. I have underground parking available with an installed electric car charger. Additionally the townhouse comes with a rooftop patio that is also furnished and is free to use with a gas BBQ grill. Washing machine and dryer are in home and on the second level right outside your door. All shopping is within walking distance or a few minute car ride. The townhouse itself was constructed about 4 years ago and is about 1.8K square feet spread over 3 levels. The bedroom is 11 feet by 11 feet with an attacked nook that is 7.6 feet by 11 feet. Mid 30’s working professional who is split in a work from home / office arrangement. I am a non smoker who has a cat and am looking for somebody who is also a non smoker and is good with a cat in the house. Outside of working I general lead a relatively quiet life. I enjoy going to the gym and have recently taken up a liking to cooking, maybe we can swap recipes!!
