This 2 level row house has a unique open design. The bedroom looks out over the living room and there is a separate dining room and kitchen. It features hardwood floors, ceramic bathroom, large windows, and wall mounted AC in the bedroom. The ceramic kitchen has a dishwasher, electric stove, refrigerator, and direct access to a basement with laundry hook ups and plenty of room for storage. This apartment is set back from the street and you drive back through the parking lot to get to it. Landlord pays water, sewage, and trash disposal. Tenant pays electric. There are electric baseboard heaters. This property is located on a quiet street in Penn Hills off of Frankstown Road. The 77 bus stop is only a block away, and will take you to downtown Pittsburgh or out to Boyce Park. Conveniently located between the Penn Hills Plaza and the Verona Rd. Giant Eagle. All of our properties are pet friendly for friendly pets with a two animal maximum. There are no breed or weight restrictions. We require proof of rabies vaccinations (and licenses for dogs), but we do not charge additional rent or fees for pets. All of our tenants are required to carry renter's insurance. Smoking is not permitted in any of our properties.
