I am looking for a new roommate for the apartment I'm living in. My current roommate is in the middle of moving out and I'm going to need someone new to help with the rent and utilities. It's a 2 bedroom apartment and includes a full bathroom, living room and kitchen. Amenities include: • Washer and Dryer •Trash/Recycling removal •Walking distance to bus station/downtown Bennington and close to grocery stores, restaurants, bars, colleges and shopping centers. To move in you will be required to pay first and last by March 5th. A total of $950. Your half of the rent will be $475, due no later than the 5th of each month. Heat is included but you will also be expected to pay half of the electricity and any other apartment bills. Please note: I would prefer a female roommate. Someone who has a steady job and is neat, cleanly, reliable and responsible. There are two young children living in the apartment downstairs from me, constant partying and drug use will not be tolerated. I do have a cat, his name is Jack. So if you have allergies or a general dislike for felines this probably isn't the place for you.
