We are two people looking for a 3rd room mate in a HUGE 7.5 The apartment is furnished already with everything you need, fridge, stove, washer, dryer, dish washer, BBQ. Your room has a large window and next to the front balcony (there are two balconies). It has a huge closet. I am female and used to work as an artist for Ubisoft Entertainment, I now teach dance classes and am self employed as a 3d artist. My room mate is male and is super relaxed and loves to cook, don't be surprised if he cooks you breakfast every morning. I speak French and English, learning Arabic, my room mate speak English and Spanish. We are looking for either a male or female. Someone fun yet responsible. We just want a kind home with friendly people. I have two cats, we could handle another one but likely not more than this. 400$ per month plus bills. Hydro is about 50$ ea per month. Hot water is paid by the landlord. Internet etc. NDG is amazing, great fruit store next door, 105 right on the corner. Honey Martins (a little irish bar) has live music every night. Monkland is about a 10 min walk and Westmount has great terraces.
