Come see all that Abita Springs has to offer from festivals to farmers markets and several local restaurants. 6 month lease is preferred. A small dog under 40 pounds is allowed with a $400 pet fee. This turn of the century property boasts almost 11' tall ceilings and an impressive wood burning fire place in the living room. In addition to the 2 bedrooms, this home also has 2 beautiful sunrooms! Washer and dryer is included. Enjoy the private back porch or utilize the other shared back deck that has a soaker tub, hot tub, and gas grille.
