Room for rent in East Vancouver not far from Commercial drive, for the month of December. Shared living space, kitchen, bathroom and laundry room. The bedroom is on the top floor and shared with 2 other guys -- one grad student, and one working professional. The large bathroom is shared with only one other and features two separate sinks. The bedroom comes with a bookshelf and a chest of drawers. The room includes a queen sized bed. There is a garage for storing bikes and other sporting equipment. Amenities: Utilities (hydro, gas, and internet). Shared laundry room. Next to Templeton community center (pool). On-site parking. Adanac is a cycle path that goes straight downtown (15 min). 5 min walk from 135, 16, 7, and 14 bus routes. Easy access to Downtown or SFU 5 min walk to Hasting Street (Markets, banks and cafe's). 10 min walk from Commercial drive. Preferably non-smoking, and the landlord doesn't allow pets.
