Feel free to drive by anytime. Rent is $1,950. In this 1,825 sq. ft. unit, almost everything is new: appliances, flooring, paint, furnace, and more. The window AC unit and washer and dryer are included. It has a fully fenced front yard and back/side yard. Off-street and street parking are available. Walking distance to Northtown Mall, Trader Joes, and Franklin Park. 2 Dogs max allowed. Dogs must weigh at least 35 lbs each. Tenant pays: Electricity based on usage. Flat rate of $200/month for water, sewer, and garbage. Move-in costs: First month rent + security deposit (which is the same amount as one month's rent). The security deposit may be paid over time. Is your credit score at least 620? (You can easily check your credit score for free on websites like Credit Karma or Annual Credit Report.) Is your gross monthly household income at least 3 times the rent? (For example: if rent is $1,000, your combined income has to be at least $3,000/mo.)
