Property Id: 2209014 This is a newly updated property with luxury vinyl plank flooring throughout the apartment. It has new cabinets, countertops, and stainless steel appliances including refrigerator, electric oven/stove, microwave, and dishwasher. It has high ceilings and large windows letting in lots of natural light. It isn’t the standard white or gray box like most apartments. There are hook up’s for electric in-unit laundry. Every bedroom has a ceiling fan with light, separately switched, including the living room area. The property is heated and cooled using minisplits. This allows each room to be set to a separate temperature allowing the maximum comfort for each occupant. There is ample off-street and on-street parking at the property. Lots of exterior lights, including street lights, to aid in the safety at the property. In just a mile or two, you have a significant number of restaurants, gas stations, a major grocery store (Giant), Planet Fitness, and so on. It is great to have these major conveniences nearby. Landlord is responsible for outside maintenance such as lawn care. Landlord pays for water. Tenant is responsible for electricity, sewer (billed quarterly), and trash (billed semi-annually). It is managed by a locally owned and operated company who takes great care of their properties and their tenants. We always recommend all interested potential tenants apply so we can look into their specific situation and determine if they meet our rental criteria. We require a minimum of 2.5X rent-to-income ratio. This criteria is our minimum because we factor in current debt payments, from the credit report, when evaluating the tenant’s ability to pay. We also conduct a background check as part of the application process. We do not have a minimum credit score as there are a variety of other factors that are taken into consideration.
