Great 2 bedroom 1 bathroom unit less than a mile to Trainer Gate and close to the big box stores in Hamilton acres! Fantastic unit with washer/dryer in the unit! . We're looking for someone who is able to sign a 1yr lease, rent is $1250/mo. This property is an up/down duplex, carpeted and wood/laminate flooring, great big windows which offer fantastic lighting. Off street parking and a big backyard. NO PETS. I am very interested in finding responsible, polite, clean tenants so if you do not fit the description feel free to not apply. Oil, trash, water and sewer are all included in the monthly rent electric and cable are on your own. Please contact me if you're interested I do background checks and you must have references.
