The bottom floor has its own private entrance. You will have privacy, and a lock on the room you rent. Some common spaces may be shared at times depending on your schedule. If you would like to forgo a roommate, you can rent a full floor. (two bedrooms.) There are two floors, each floor has two rooms, its own entrance, a living room and kitchen area. This ad is showing the price for one room, with its own private locked entrance . *please inquire if you would like to know the price for the full floor.
