Hello! I'm a homeowner that lives in a new development in Tongie. I'm working two jobs so won't be in the house much but would like someone to stay as well to help cut the costs. I'm offering a 3 bed 3 bath for a fairly new townhome. The neighbors and area is very pleasant and quiet. You would have access to the kitchen, living room, guest bedroom, washer and dryer and office if needed. There is a one car garage, so your car would have to be in the driveway or on street parking. It's only 25 mins from the city and traffic is nonexistent. I'm a single 30 y/o who is working on my career with no kids, pets or partner at this time.
