Located on a scenic street with mature trees and landscaping, this apartment is tucked behind a single-family home, is unfurnished, has new stainless steel appliances, a washer/dryer, and a bright living space with access to a private wood deck. Uncovered parking is available in the driveway for a maximum of 2 cars. A well-behaved pet may be considered with a $500 pet deposit. No smoking. First and last month's rent and a $2,200.00 security deposit due prior to moving in. Available for 12-month+ lease only. UTILITIES: As part of the rental obligations, the resident will be responsible to pay: phone (optional), and cable TV as well as remove snow from their portion of driveway & deck. Electric, Gas Water, sewer, and trash are included. The resident is required to have an active Renter's Insurance Policy during the duration of the lease. For a 12+ lease the resident(s) must obtain new Utah Driver's Licenses with the Property address listed as the primary address to satisfy Summit County Tax Requirements and must show proof of change within a specific timeframe.
