Two of the bedrooms and one of the bathrooms are located on the first story, and there is a loft-style room and its own bathroom upstairs, with windows all around! The kitchen has stainless steel appliances in it and has a very modern feel to it. Just behind the kitchen is a mud room with laundry hook ups that has access to the back yard. There is a driveway from Booth Rd that takes you up behind the house where there is ample space for parking multiple cars as well! The house is heated and cooled with a central AC system as well, so you can cool and heat the house without running up your power bill too much!
