Fantastic 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment (see sherando floor plan) available for 9 month re-lease in beautiful lakeside apartments off of Avon extension. It's a quick 10 minute drive to UVa, or 15 minutes to downtown. Current lease holder would love to stay but is leaving the area for a job. The property backs up to a private lake with a small beach for kayaking, canoeing, and barbecuing. Other amenities include a fitness center, clubhouse pool and spa and a well loved dog park for your furry friend. The property is clean and very peaceful. The apartment itself would be great for roommates or a couple, as each bedroom has its own bathroom and walk in closets. I am sad I have to leave this apartment because it has been a great joy to live here. The lease runs until June 2017, until which time the option to renew would be open, and interested parties will have to apply through the leasing office and apply a 400$ security deposit upon lease agreement; NO undergraduates.
