Huge Closet in master bedroom. En-suite master bathroom. Giant garden tub in master bathroom. Newer kitchen appliances included (refrigerator, oven and microwave) Extra large kitchen island. Washer & dryer hook up. Dogs Allowed No Breed or Size Restrictions (I foster dogs through local shelters and rescues. I will allow the same for any tenant who wants to foster dogs. I also do basic training) Backyard currently is not fenced in but we do plan on having that done soon. There is currently a hot tub set up behind home - we can discuss tenant using it or we may have it moved. We are private landlords, a normal family just like you. We have 2 kids, garden, chickens (coming soon) and would love to have a family who may share the same interests. Ample parking for 2+ cars. Garbage pickup, water, sewer and basic internet included in rent. Rent is $1750 a month. Deposit to move in $1500. 1 Time Pet Deposit $250 Due at move in is deposit and 1st months rent. We will accept cash, check, ACH transfer, zelle, cashapp or venmo or payment through turbo tenant app. Flexible with payments, 1 once at beginning of month, once a week, bi weekly etc. We will work with you. This home is NOT handicap friendly & must be able to use stairs. Background check & income verification for all adults in home needed. No recent evictions. Credit checked but will not be a huge determining factor for acceptance.
