A welcoming front porch sets the tone as you step inside to a spacious layout featuring tall ceilings, a large living room, and a dedicated dining room. The living areas are styled with durable vinyl plank flooring, while both bedrooms offer the comfort of soft carpeting. Blinds are installed on many windows to ensure privacy while still allowing warm natural light to filter through. Elegant light fixtures are found throughout the home, adding character and a touch of sophistication. The kitchen and laundry setup are designed for convenience, with a washer and dryer provided in the unit. The hall bathroom features a stand-up shower, while the primary bedroom includes its own bathroom with a relaxing bathtub. Both bedrooms feature walk-in closets, and the primary bedroom offers an additional closet for even more storage. A decorative fireplace adds a cozy aesthetic to the living room but it is not operable. One assigned car parking space available. Residents are responsible for all utilities, lawn care, and are required to maintain active renter’s insurance throughout the lease term. Small pets are welcome with a maximum of two pets, breed and weight restrictions may apply. Application fee $55 per person 18 and over. Lease Term: 12 months. If your application is approved, we require the lease to be signed and the security deposit to be dropped off to our Riverside office in the form of a cashier’s check or money order within 48 hours. There is also a one-time $100 lease administration fee due when the security deposit is dropped off. This fee is not based on the number of applicants. MINIMUM CRITERIA: VERIFIED GROSS INCOME MUST BE AT LEAST 3 TIMES THE MONTHLY RENT. ALL TENANTS 18 YEARS OR OLDER MUST SUBMIT AN APPLICATION. MINIMUM CREDIT SCORE OF 550.
