Remodeled Home With Nice Touches! - This is a great home for you! 3 bedrooms and 1 full bathroom. Nice yard with space for you. Lots of updates inside including flooring, paint, etc. You'll really love it! Pet Policy – Up to 3 pets under 60 lbs. No pets over 60 lbs and no more than 3 total pets. 100 dollar nonrefundable pet fee per pet and 20 dollars per month pet rent per pet. No pets with any history of aggression. Pet policy does not apply to service or companion animals. We use a third party pet/animal policy and screening service.
