If you add the view of the mountain range and the lake , you couldn’t ask for more in a temporary home. The house is 2-3 blocks from three lakeside public parks, and the same to downtown and all the amenities it offers. The hospital is about 12 blocks away and one of two grocery stores is 8 blocks from the house. With three bedrooms, a full bathroom, a complete laundry, an array of cleaning supplies and kitchen staples such as spices, flours and other baking necessities, you are immediately home. There is ample parking in front of house. The neighborhood is well lite with a street light in front and State office security camera in the back alley. The unobstructed view to the west is over two grassy city blocks. This home has views of the mountains and the lake that are superior to many other locations in the heart of Polson. Tenants are responsible for snow removal, trash and will sign an addendum for electric(The owner will pay the electric up to $100, if the bill is over that, tenant will cover the difference) ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING!
