Bedrooms are on opposite ends of the condo and are separated by a large hallway, spacious den, powder room and a generous living-dining-kitchen area with a huge island. The kitchen is well equipped with everything a home chef will need. Decorated throughout with soothing, neutral tones, this home welcomes amazing views across the property to the mountain range in the south through massive slide-away balcony doors. Outside you will find three balconies - the main balcony off the principal living space and larger bedroom, a side patio for morning sun or an afternoon BBQ on the safe and efficient electric grill, and another generous balcony off the second bedroom for a shady afternoon read. High quality furnishings throughout, along with two new king-sized mattresses. There is also a large laundry room, walk-in pantry, a large shoe closet off the ground floor foyer and attached garage. This home has been meticulously cared for and thoughtfully outfitted with everything you should need. The Retreat at Desert Willow features a large resort pool, lap pool, spa, gym, clubhouse with pool table and ping pong, gas grills and poolside fire pits. There is golf cart access to the adjacent golf courses of Desert Willow, and just beyond that you will find a supermarket, pharmacy and several restaurants and services. Centrally located, you will be minutes from El Paseo, hiking trails, the highway to Palm Springs and everything you need in the Coachella Valley. You will deal directly with the owners themselves, so no need to communicate with an unfamiliar third-party. No smoking, no pets accepted. Maximum four renters. A Ring Doorbell camera is located in the covered area outside the front door, and a second Ring camera is located inside the garage. There are no other listening/recording devices anywhere inside the condo. Refundable security deposit of $2000 USD for duration of stay. Non-refundable cleaning fee of $250 USD. Golf cart rental can be negotiated. Minimum one month rental as per community guidelines. Guests will be registered with the Home Owners’ Association (HOA) for security purposes but your information will remain private. Guests will be required to follow community guidelines regarding behaviour, noise-level, use of facilities and parking, as well as other reasonable measures as outlined in handbook that will be left in the unit. This can be made available in advance of your decision to rent but is all very reasonable and common. Disclaimer - this home is incredibly clean, but there have been cats in the unit. If you have severe allergies, please keep this in mind when booking. Please note that this development is truly a Retreat, and the general vibe in here is one of peace and relaxation. Noise guidelines are strictly enforced by the HOA.
