Thank you!*** ***For more information, please call 831-373-7103*** https www sanctuaryvacationrentals com vacation-rentals 3703-la-gloria-cottagebythesea The Home is just a 3 minute walk to award-winning Passionfish Restaurant and a 10 minute walk to the beach or to the butterfly groves, it’s also only 5 minutes by car to the Monterey Bay Aquarium and Cannery Row, 10 minutes to shopping in Carmel-by-the-Sea, and 15 minutes to golf and fine dining in Pebble Beach®. The large kitchen has a combination microwave/convection oven, a central island has an additional small sink and counter seating for two. Adjacent dining room has seating for eight. The second floor of the home includes a master bedroom suite and two additional bedrooms. Vaulted ceilings lend the rooms a spacious feeling and plenty of natural light enters through the many windows and skylights on this floor. Master bedroom: Queen bed, 36-inch HDTV, and large closet with mirrored doors. The adjoining bath has a tub with hand held sprayer and a separate shower stall with a height-adjustable shower head. Second bedroom: Queen bed. Third bedroom: Two twin beds that can be converted to a king. Second bath in the hallway has a combination tub/shower. Washer/Dryer are located on the second floor near the bedrooms; a central vacuum system is available as well. Garage doesn't accommodate a car, but has everything for a day at the beach and has room for bikes and storage. **There is an additional fee for pets** ***Non-refundable exit cleaning fees, mid-stay cleaning fees, plus gas, electric and water for rentals of 30 days or more.
