My third year lease expires in October and I plan on renewing again. Yea there's minor issues with neighbors above being too noisy and kids randomly knocking on your door and running. But kids are kids. And as for noisy above neighbors...it's manageable that's what you are opened to if not living on the top floor. Yea gates are always open but I've never had any issue with vehicle break ins. Apartments under new management and new ladies in the office. Very helpful and friendly. Love that it's a dog community. Pools very nice and enjoyable and always clean. Only complaints are that the trash valet needs to be consistent and and hallways need to be power washed. Other then that great place to call home.

I had a very smooth on-site transfer at Vantage. The leasing office has always been professional and pleasant when interacting with them. Our maintenance staff have done a wonderful job maintaining our community. This is definitely home and recommend you to call this place home.
