There is a huge fenced-in backyard as well, and it is perfect for either privacy or for entertaining. You will have a two-car detached garage and an additional parking pad that can fit two vehicles, so it is very convenient for off-street parking, which is in demand. When you walk into the front of the house, there is a large (heated) porch leading into the living room area. The dining room is also attached to the living room and combined, it is a very large area of the main level. The kitchen is off of the dining room and it has a lot of cabinets, matching and updated stainless steel appliances and a very unique breakfast nook that has a large bench and table. There are a lot of built-in shelves and cabinets in the home along with fabulous hardwood floors in the dining room and living room. Fun fact: Several years ago, HGTV did a complete makeover of the dining room. The upper level has bedrooms and a bathroom. The bedrooms are spacious and have plenty of closet room as well. The bathroom has modern colors and cabinets, a large jetted bathtub and a stand-alone shower. The lower level is unfinished, but has usable space. This lovely home is located about 15 minutes from the MSP airport and the Mall of America. It is also near many parks, lakes and schools. The river is within walking distance, only a few blocks away. It has beautiful walking trails and offers spectacular views. The home is also close to highways, shopping destinations and restaurants, such as Punch Pizza, Groveland Tap and Carmelo's. Pets will be considered. There are breed and weight restrictions for dogs and we require a $500 pet deposit. It is refundable at the end of the lease as long as there's no damage from the pet. The tenant is responsible for all utilities, snow removal and lawn care, which includes mowing, weeding and properly disposing of leaves. For your convenience, the owner provides a lawn mower for you to use. The back yard also has areas that you could use if you want to do some gardening and there is a cemented patio area where you could put your own table and chairs!
