Our primary method to communicate with you during the application process is via the email address you provide within the electronic application. PROPERTY IS FOR AN IMMEDIATE MOVE-IN UPON APPROVAL. QUALIFICATIONS: No evictions, no outstanding balance with a previous landlord, no bankruptcies, credit score must be higher than 500, household combined needs to be approximately 3 times the rent.
