The location is great; not too far from campus and right next to downtown, St. Laurent and Quartier des Spectacles. It is a one-minute walk to both the 24 bus and Place-des-Arts metro. The loft has an open floor plan, giving it a big living area that's great for having people over. If you don't know the building, it is essentially all students and has a fun atmosphere. This must be a lease transfer. The loft comes fully furnished but a fee applies (e.g. new washer/dryer, TV, caribou head, bar, mini-fridge, etc.).
