This is a FURNISHED new townhouse built in 2025 by Lennar in Carolina Forest community of Myrtle Beach. It's right next to Tanger outlet so you will never feel bored. Shopping and dining are a breeze. It's close to the beach for example only 7 miles to the iconic skywheel at the beach. It's also close to the airport, hospitals and many golf courses. Past guests enjoy the contemporary interior design and how clean the property is. In general up to one pet is allowed and with a fee of $200. There is also move out cleaning fee of $250. Deposit is $1000 for one month stay. Up to one month rent for multiple months. Rent is $3600 per month for May, June, July and August. Rent for other months are as listed in the ad. Add $400 per month if you’d like all utilities, cable, internet, lawn to be included so you can live worry free and just enjoy life. Thank you
