It's halfway between the Pacific Ocean and the San Fernando Valley, about a 5-minute drive to the main part of Topanga, the town. Nature is spectacular. The area is serene, yet it's so close to the city! Amazing for working remotely or getting away from it all. Your nervous system will appreciate you! You'll have access to world-class mountain biking and hiking from your door. Topanga State Park is very close by. You will be 12 minutes from the beach. 12 minutes from the San Fernando Valley with tons of amenities and shopping. Concrete flooring in the downstairs area. The concrete patio has plants, two swanky Adirondack chairs, a sofa, a dining table, and space for BBQ, with dimmable lighting under the shipping container-covered patio. Far enough from Topanga Canyon Boulevard to avoid street noise, motorcycles, and sirens. Nature area, so you'll have WiFi (which works very well), but no cellular coverage. WiFi calling capabilities are important. 10 minutes to Calabasas and Woodland Hills. 12 minutes to Topanga State Beach. 35 minutes from Venice. 45 minutes from Culver City. These utilities are included in the monthly flat fee of $275: Internet, propane, electricity, and water (based on allowance). Security deposit and last month's rent required. Minimum one-year lease. Not suitable for infants or young children. Laundry is in a shared area. No smoking due to fire precaution. No open flames other than supervised barbecue.
