Farmington End Unit Town Home, 2 Car Garage, Large Windows, Laundry - This end town home is available for a Sept 1st move in. This home does have a two car garage which is harder to find with 2 bedrooms town homes. Video Walk through is posted on Guardian Property Managements website. Walking in from the front door you will find a spacious living and dining area with walk out patio. There is an oversized window that provides plenty of light as well as a fireplace. The kitchen has a dishwasher and direct entrance to the garage (quarter bath just off that) Upstairs you will find a large master with shared bathroom. The bathroom does have a stand alone shower as well as large bathtub. The laundry is located in the hallway and down from that is the second bedroom, which is large enough for a queen bed. Trash service, Lawn and Snow removal are provided. Tenant is responsible for gas/electric and water/sewer/ Pets are welcome with positive rental reference and credit score. (Dog deposit $500, Cat $200) Applications will be available at time of showing or online. Each application is $50 per adult and can be paid with a credit or debit card. Application is based on income, credit, rental/work history and includes a criminal background check. For all units with forced air heating residents will be enrolled in the Utility & Maintenance Reduction Program at an additional fee of $15 per month. This program ensures that high-quality HVAC filters are regularly delivered to the doorstep, saving our residents 5-15% on energy bills, offers a clean and healthy living environment, and reduces tenant liability.
