Downtown Frederick is a great place to live! Our lovely tenants are moving in with new friends so are looking for a bigger place. We come highly recommended as landlords. Home available starting November 11th 2026, (the first month will be pro rated at $2000) but if you need an earlier move in date let us know and we would be happy to chat we just need some time to prepare the house in between tenants.
