This has been used as a model home since it was purchased in the gated community up until last year when it was rented out for the first time. The townhome comes with all the amenities of River Bluffs such as the boat launch, kayak launch, fitness center, tennis and pickleball courts, a restaurant inside the gates, and more. It is about 700ft to the community pool from the townhouse! There is an elevator for convenience for the 3-story home, the first floor is the 2-car garage, 1 of the 3 bedrooms and a connected full bathroom. The 2nd floor is the main living area with the kitchen, living room, half bathroom, a covered balcony which you can see the Cape Fear River from, and ample light coming in the large windows. The 3rd floor has the master bedroom which has a covered balcony off of it, a sitting area, a gorgeous bathroom with a double sink, a separate toilet room, and a huge closet!
