The condo is equipped for blazing fast fiber-optic internet through Avative Fiber, which offers no-contract internet service and whom we highly recommend. It also comes with a Ring smart doorbell and a Nest smart thermostat, both of which will be reset and available for you to connect to your smart devices for your convenience. Plus, with a soft water system and new water heater, you'll have peace of mind knowing the appliances and plumbing are in tip-top shape. Best of all, we're not some distant corporate landlords; we're a local family who believes in being honest and doing the right thing.
