Community space with grass, picnic tables and a playground set. Wonderfully situated in downtown Ferndale where quaint coffee shops, a wide variety of restaurants, and the cute downtown area are all within walking distance! Enjoy the small-town feel of Ferndale, yet close proximity to Bellingham and Canada. This apartment is located just blocks from the new high school, across from the public library and only blocks from public transportation on 4th ave. Rent is $2,195 per month with a 1-year lease and $2,195 security deposits (can be paid out over 3 months). No smoking and pets will be considered case-by-case with an additional pet deposit. Tenant pays for all utilities. Credit and background checks will be conducted, $40 per adult (consideration preferences are 650+ credit and income of 3x monthly rent).
