Tenants must get their own Electricity with WCU Electric. Tenants must get their own Internet service. Optimum Internet is the provider for this area. The home features a large living room. The home has modern insulated windows. There are laminate flooring and some hardwood flooring throughout the home. One bedroom and closet is larger than the other so it may be a better fit for a couple that needs a spare room than two roommates, but you can take a look for yourself and decide. Stackable Washer & Dryer provided. The home also features a paved drive to the home and a huge covered porch in a private setting. In the winter, the leaves fall and you have a great winter view from the porch. The home also has an outbuilding for extra storage. It's not quite a carport, but also not secured storage because there isn't a door. It's great for storing lawn equipment, kayaks, and the like. You will need to get Optimum Internet Service as that is the provider for that area. The cell service works, but only a bar or two and probably insufficient cell service to run data off your phone. You can see if a cell tower booster will help. The owner will provide window AC units and/or a floor AC unit to keep the home cool and comfortable. The home can come partially furnished if needed.
