Renters pay all utilities, and do lawn and snow. If you'd like to hire them out, we have some great partners to recommend. Pet friendly property, with additional refundable deposit and $50 per month per pet for the pet rent. New to our portfolio at Pegasus, more photos coming soon! Renters are responsible for all of the utilities and removing snow and maintaining the lawn, including weed and feed. $35 per adult application fee, we do not accept Zillow applications at this time. Note, we do NOT charge a lease, origination fee or a lease renewal fee to our renters! We do ask that our renters provide proof of renters insurance prior to move-in, and required to keep in place. Household income of a minimum three times monthly rent before any taxes or deductions required with four times preferred. Requires good rental reference 2 years plus of paying similar rent.
