Lovely, raised cottage just 5 blocks from the beach. Freshly painted interior and Hardwood floors throughout with the exception of original tile in kitchen and bathroom. Huge workshop area under the house with garage. There is a lovely patio on the side with nice size yard for a small pet under 30pounds. Recent central air and heat to keep you cool during those hot summer months. Minimum 620 credit score, no criminal history, application fees are $42 for each person 18 or older. Hurry it won't last long!
