2026...House will be available for move-in July 1st (possibly sooner)and we will show and take applications as soon as possible. We will be around Memorial weekend to show. It is located Little Bay Shores in Rockport, Tx. 1 yr. lease. This is a true 3/2 home, but there is a bonus room downstairs. The rental is pet friendly with deposit, but it is not the best house for dogs. There is a fenced area. Rent discount for educators, veterans, and 1st responders.
