Tenant’s must maintain and provide policy for renters insurance during the lease Full Security deposit required for married couple or each adult resident. $300 per pet deposit, 2 pets max. We do not allow any Pit Bulls, Doberman Pinschers, Rottweilers, Great Danes, German Shepherds, Wolf-Hybrids, Siberian Huskies, Chows, Presa Canarios, Akitas, Alaskan Malamutes, Staffordshire Terriers, or a mix of any of regardless of size of dog.
