Tenant responsible for all utilities - $140 total paid monthly to landlord for water/sewer/trash. Gas and electric paid directly to utility company. Application fee is $40.00 per all individuals 18 years and older that will be occupying the property. 600+ credit score, good rental and employment history, and monthly salary of 3X rent required. Being below required credit score does not automatically disqualify an individual. However, if approved it would require a double deposit and/or a co-signer that can meet all leasing requirements and first and last months' rent. Pets are allowed on case by case basis, and requires a non-refundable $300.00 pet deposit. All applications will be reviewed for consideration. Housing Vouchers accepted.
