My daughter works here & took me into one of the two bedrooms. She was deciding on whether to live in the community that she works at or live off site where her friends were. It is a pretty community & the layout is one of a kind. I couldn’t believe the size of the balcony. They have double doors separated by a real fireplace, a very neat wet bar & built in book cases. They’re unique apartments! I would not have mind her living at the community. It was quiet & serene when I went to see her& the apartment.

Lived here for the last 2 years and had an excellent experience, before moving for career obligations. Customer service is wonderful. Proximity to town, as well as local shopping etc, while maintaining safety was very nice. Despite nearby local colleges, Riverwind community is very calm. When they pick up the phone, make sure you're talking to Whitney!
