This home is officially a 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom property, but it also includes two additional rooms that can be used as offices, flex spaces, or extra sleeping areas (note: one does not have a closet, and the other is legally considered a covered porch). The house is not furnished. The property overlooks undeveloped farm land, and well as the La Plata mountains in the back. The property is a perfect mix between privacy, and proximity to Durango. The home features generously sized living spaces, including a large kitchen with a pantry. A washer and dryer are located on-site. While the home does not include a garage, there is ample parking available on the property. Please note that the landlords reside on-site in an ADU. We will also provide a storage shed as well. This property is offered on a 12-month lease only, beginning May 1st and ending April 30, 2027. We would love someone to move in before June 1st, so anytime prior would be ideal. Monthly rent is $2,800, with a security deposit of $2,800 due at signing. Tenants are responsible for electricity, propane, trash service, and internet. This is a non-smoking property. No pets are permitted- however, animals may be considered on a case-by-case basis with additional stipulations and approval. The wood stove is not available for tenant use and will remain locked.
